Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16, at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger targets each year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. In October of 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the contest. In June of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th in her Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more than happy of her placing. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train includes her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, as well as sitting rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
