Luciana was born to be a child in Rome through her father and mother - Luciana's dad was Manlio Paoluzzi an Italian Army officer, and her mother was Maria Rota Paoluzzi who was the one of Benito's lover's wives. Her siblings aren't known. Luciana attended the high school in her town, and after graduating in 1955 she studied Naval Engineering at the Scientific Academy of Milan. She was the sole woman in her class. Luciana first became an actress in fashion after two years. Her professional career took a turn afterward, as by chance, she got her first acting role in Three Coins in the Fountain. Brett Halsey, an actor herself, was her first husband. They got married in 1960 and produced the film Return to the Peyton Palace. Luciana was given custody of the film when the couple split a few years later. Charles became a baby. Luciana who was a performer and producer, was with Tony Athony from 1962 until in 1970. Tony Athony had been impressed by the performance of Luciana in Green Slime.
